I'm 23 years old and was wondering if anyone knows how old you need to be to rent a car at any of the major compnaies on the island of Kauai? I found a small car rental place called Island Car rentals and didn't know if anyone could give me any info on this company.Lihue Hawaii car rental question?
I believe you must be 21 and have a Major Credit Card
