yes you can i rented a lotus convertible from these guys for my prom next month: www.xoticdreamcars.com, you have to be 18 and have your own insurance policy with like allstate or statefarm that extends to the rental in case of an accident. as long as you have insurance you can rent from them. i imagine that other places must do the same but you just need to search, i been calling places for like a week.
I think you will have to drive your dad's old clunker, since no rental company will rent to an 18 year old.
