No, most rental places will not rent to anyone under age 25, a few will allow you to rent if you are 21 with a restriction of the cars you can rent and a daily surcharge. None of them will rent to an 18 year old.Any car rental places in md that would let an 18 yr old drive?
there may be one-or two- but it will cost a ridiculous amount. it may be cheaper to rent a limo! and don't have an older friend rent it and hand you the keys-if they find out, they will CHARGE!!!!!!!
