Many of the top rental agencies have GPS, for example:
Budget -- where2 GPS
Hertz -- NeverLost system
Avis - Where2 GPS
Alamo - Garmin StreetPilot GPS
But check with the agency or their website before you go, as not everyone offers GPS yet. And remember, it does cost extra to rent.
