Many car rental companies have a cash option, but, for some, you have to apply in advance for a cash qualification, the process can take up to six weeks.

With Alamo, you don't have to apply for a cash qualification ID card, but





Only Economy through full-size vehicles can be rented with cash.





No Additional Drivers are allowed on Cash Rentals.





Cash rentals will require a $300 deposit per rental in addition to the calculated rental charges.

A valid driver's license


At least 25 years of age


Phone Bill or Utility bill in the renter's name that is not a cellular phone bill and can be verified through directory assistance, or a recent monthly statement that does not show past due status.


The address on bill must match address in renter's profile.


A return ticket from an airline, cruise or train


Verifiable phone number in the name of the renter


Ability to make a cash deposit in addition to the cost of the rental


A valid Passport

if you need a credit card but don't have the credit,(like us) go to walmart and you can get a prepaid visa credit card for about $8. you fill out a paper and mail it in. and they mail you a card with your name and everything. just like a credit card. and you can load up the card with money at any walmart. it costs almost $5. we cash our payroll checks at walmart and they put all the money on the card. if you do it that way they don't charge you for loading the card. this is what we do. you have to have a CC to get a rental car. just in case you damage it they can charge you.Is there a car rental place in Orlando Fl. were you can pay with cash?
we paid with cash they just ask u for ur card details incase u have an accident mind u when we returned the car thy said hey charged the rental to our card so we went to the desk they cancelled the transaction and we paid with cash just tell them when u pick the car up
