Has anyone heard of DMV car rental in Chicago?

I saw a car drive past me this morning advertising their service of renting their cars and using them to take the driver's test. Has anyone heard of this? I couldn't quite catch the website on the car's bumperHas anyone heard of DMV car rental in Chicago?

While one company may have promoted this, it is a service you could use any of the car rental companies for. Be aware that Illinois law will require them to have your proof of paid auto insurance policy, be at least 21 years of age, and hold a valid credit card for the deposit. Those requirements will sometimes pose a problem for an unlicensed driver.
