Some places let your rent if you aren't the appropriate age you just have topay more...ask them, I did a few times in Orlando and just paid like $25 more than if I had been 25 and I was 20 years old then.Does anyone know of any car rental places near Columbia South Carolina who rent to 20yr olds?
