Me and my friend are both under 21 but we would love to rent a car instead of taking a shuttle on our upcoming trip to LAAre there any car rental services with an 18+ policy?
I don't believe any rental company will rent to anyone 21 or younger. Most have 25 year old limit.Are there any car rental services with an 18+ policy?
