A friend and I are taking a trip to North Carolina this summer, we live in PA and are both 20. And we can't find a rental place that will rent to anyone under 21. Anyone know of a place?Anyone know of a car rental place that will rent to a 20-year old? thanks!?
My experience is that you need extra insurance, was renting for business trip. Check with a friend with a business and see if they can get corporate rates.
